Terms for Evacal and TriftGo

These terms apply to Evacal websites and TriftGo mobile app services. By using the services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1) Safe Driving

TriftGo is a navigation and toll-estimation aid. You are responsible for obeying traffic laws, road signs, posted toll rules, HOV/HOT lane requirements, and safe driving practices. Do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you while driving.

2) Toll and Route Estimates

Toll amounts, travel times, route savings, managed-lane prices, and HOV/HOT eligibility are estimates and may differ from actual operator charges. Official toll agencies, roadway operators, and posted signage control final prices and access rules.

3) Location, Geofencing, and Deals

TriftGo may use precise location during active navigation to provide route guidance, toll calculations, and route-relevant geofence alerts. Deals, rewards, and affiliate offers may be unavailable, expire, or change without notice. A displayed offer is not a guarantee of inventory, price, eligibility, or redemption.

4) Affiliate Links

Some booking links may be affiliate links, including Expedia/CJ links. Evacal may earn a commission if you book through eligible links. Affiliate relationships do not change your price in TriftGo unless the partner offer states otherwise.

5) Accounts, Waitlist, and Vendors

Waitlist and vendor-portal submissions must be accurate and lawful. We may reject, suspend, or remove abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or unsafe submissions.

6) No Warranties

The services are provided as-is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Evacal disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Evacal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by road conditions, toll authority rules, third-party services, or driver decisions.
