How to request deletion of Evacal, TriftGo, Meta, or Instagram data

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with Evacal services, including Meta and Instagram integrations used for the Instagram Graph API review process.

1) Meta or Instagram-connected data

If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or other Meta asset to an Evacal or TriftGo feature, you can request deletion in either of these ways:

  • Use Meta's built-in app data deletion flow, which calls our callback URL automatically.
  • Email privacy@evacal.com with the subject Data deletion request.

2) Callback and status endpoints

For Meta app review and production deletion requests, Evacal supports a dedicated callback and status flow.

3) What we delete

  • Connected Meta or Instagram account identifiers used for the integration
  • Access-token records, refresh metadata, and webhook linkage records that are no longer needed
  • Cached integration data that we store solely to operate the requested Meta or Instagram feature
  • Related internal request records, except where minimal retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or audit trail purposes

4) What may be retained briefly

We may keep a minimal record of the deletion request itself, the confirmation code, and basic processing timestamps so we can prove the request was handled, resolve disputes, and protect the service against abuse.

5) Processing timeline

  • Meta callback requests are acknowledged immediately with a confirmation code and status URL.
  • Where data is actively stored by Evacal, we target deletion or irreversible disconnection within 30 days, and usually faster.
  • If we do not currently store the relevant Meta or Instagram user data, we record the request as completed and keep only the minimal audit record described above.

6) Non-Meta data

For Evacal website waitlist records, support conversations, or other non-Meta personal data, contact privacy@evacal.com from the email address associated with the record you want removed.
