Delete your TriftGo account and data

Effective date: 2026-09-29

This verified request deletes your TriftGo authentication account and passkeys, linked Rewards wallet, server trip telemetry, and analytics identifiers that we can match to you. You do not have to contact support.

Guest users without an email account

In TriftGo, open Settings → Reports, account & help → Privacy & data deletion, then choose Guest data. The app uses the wallet credential stored on that phone to match and delete the correct server data; no registered email is required. After the server confirms deletion, the app clears local trips, saved places, tax reports, search history, and settings from that phone.

What is deleted

• TriftGo account, email, passkeys, authentication challenges, and active session data
• Linked Rewards wallet profile, recovery identifiers, preferences, and server trip-stat backup
• Matchable trip-learning telemetry and analytics/device identifiers supplied with the verified request
• Local trip history, notes, saved places, searches, reports, and settings when deletion is completed in the app

Limited records we may retain

We may retain de-identified transaction tombstones only where needed for fraud prevention, vendor reimbursement, accounting, tax, dispute handling, or another legal obligation. Direct account, email, device, installation, route, and location links are removed. These retained records cannot restore your account or Rewards wallet.

Timing and proof

Verified TriftGo requests are processed immediately. The completion response gives you a confirmation code and a status link at https://www.evacal.com/data-deletion-status?code=….
