Vendor Subscription Terms

Local is $19.99 per active location each month and Growth is $49.99 per active location each month. Multi-location arrangements requiring custom review are handled separately and are not a public self-service plan. Stripe Checkout securely saves a billing method but does not itself start a promotion or paid term. An eligible standard new vendor receives a 30-day free period under the market policy in effect when TriftGo issues its time-limited quote. The Vendor Portal displays the exact free period, full price, market, policy version, and quote expiration before Checkout. Once a quoted schedule is accepted, activated, and recorded for a subscription, its confirmed dates and prices are honored for that subscription, subject to these terms. Unless cancellation is scheduled before the free or paid period ends, the selected plan automatically renews monthly at its stated price. Use the authenticated Vendor Portal’s Schedule subscription cancellation control to stop renewal while retaining access through the exact current trial or paid-period date shown. Payment-method updates and invoices remain available through Stripe.

Fees purchase listing, marketing, offer-hosting, route-aware discovery, vendor tools, analytics, and support. Payment does not guarantee publication, impressions, placement, ranking, leads, customers, transactions, revenue, or a particular return. Evacal retains verification, editorial, quality, safety, and compliance authority.

A market policy may offer no introductory terms, a free introductory period, a fixed discounted paid period, or a permitted combination shown in the Vendor Portal quote. Free and discounted paid periods do not overlap. Service-area selections for an online offer do not multiply eligibility: one subscription has one verified billable location and one primary registered market. A location that has already received an introductory promotion does not receive it again unless an authorized Evacal administrator records a one-time override with a reason and audit trail. A later market-policy change never rewrites an already accepted and recorded schedule.

Evacal stores limited vendor contact, business, location, offer, authentication/audit, and Stripe customer or subscription reference information to operate the portal. Stripe-hosted pages process payment details; do not submit card details, bank passwords, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary identity documents to Evacal.
