Vendor Subscription Terms

Draft only — legal approval and production publication are required before vendor billing is activated.

Local Partner is planned at $50 per active location each month and Featured Partner at $150 per active location each month. Enterprise and multi-location arrangements require a separate agreement. Stripe Checkout securely saves a billing method but does not itself start a promotion or paid term. The current limited-time promotional offer provides an eligible newly activated approved vendor 90 successfully published days free, beginning only when TriftGo successfully publishes and verifies the offer in the customer catalog. Promotional availability, eligibility, duration, and terms may change or end at any time for future new subscriptions before activation. Once a promotional schedule is activated and recorded for a subscription, its confirmed dates and prices are honored for that subscription, subject to these terms. Unless canceled before the confirmed trial ends, the selected plan automatically renews under the recorded schedule and then monthly at its stated full price.

Fees purchase listing, marketing, offer-hosting, route-aware discovery, vendor tools, analytics, and support. Payment does not guarantee publication, impressions, placement, ranking, leads, customers, transactions, revenue, or a particular return. Evacal retains verification, editorial, quality, safety, and compliance authority.

Eligible non-test vendors may receive one of the first 50 Founding Partner positions in a supported market. If offered and confirmed at activation, the current limited-time launch promotion is 50% off an eligible fixed plan for exactly three paid monthly billing periods after the promotional free period: $25/month Local or $75/month Featured, followed by $50/month Local or $150/month Featured. Free and discounted paid periods do not overlap. This Founding Partner promotion may be changed or withdrawn for prospective vendors before activation; an already activated and recorded promotional schedule remains unchanged for that subscription.

Evacal stores limited vendor contact, business, location, offer, authentication/audit, and Stripe customer or subscription reference information to operate the portal. Stripe-hosted pages process payment details; do not submit card details, bank passwords, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary identity documents to Evacal.
